Casey Victor is the founder of Rock Consulting, based in Castle Rock, Colorado. With more than a decade of experience across property claims, subrogation recovery, catastrophe response, litigation coordination, and forensic consulting, Casey brings field-tested expertise to every engagement.

Before founding Rock Consulting, Casey served as a Large Loss Property and Contents Supervisor, overseeing portfolios of 100+ claims individually exceeding $100,000 and coordinating forensic investigations, expert witnesses, and multi-trade reconstruction scopes simultaneously. He built a subrogation program from the ground up that recovered $3 million in a single year and managed more than 700 recovery files. His expertise in contents valuation, structural repair methodology, coverage analysis, and litigation coordination made him a go-to resource for complex, high-severity losses involving fire, flood, hurricane, and hail events across multiple states.

Casey has also held roles at Keystone Experts + Engineers, supporting engineering-driven forensic investigations on disputed property losses, and at Stillwater Insurance Group and Colorado Farm Bureau, where he developed deep technical knowledge across personal and commercial lines.
